Derrick Douglass

Derrick Douglass is President for Marketing and Web IT Consulting Services.  Mr. Douglass founded the digital marketing and information technology (IT) company on January 1, 2009. As president, Mr. Douglass is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s product development, financial strategies, sales and operations.

Prior to assuming the post, Mr. Douglass served as Manager of Software Development for Temple University’s Human Resources group since July 2007.  In this role, he was responsible for all IT aspects including strategy, project management, application development, consulting and procurement.

Mr. Douglass also served as Software Engineer for Siemens Corporation’s IT Group.  In this role, he was responsible for developing and supporting the firm’s business applications including requirements acquisition, business application development, testing and implementation.  Prior to joining Siemens in 1997, Mr. Douglass was employed as a programmer for Prudential Insurance Company.

Mr. Douglass received a BS in Computer Science from Arcadia University in 1999 and an MBA in Marketing from Clark Atlanta University in 2009.  He also has completed advanced IT training at Penn State University and is a member of Toastmasters and the American Marketing Association.
